In The Beginning!

The Monomyth, or the Hero's Journey; My Story Idea.

ACT 1 Departure:

Miraculous conception and birth

During WW2 on August 6 or August 9, 1945 in Stronsay island in Orkney, Scotland in a secret Royal Air Force bunker base an experiment is being performed by scientist and occultist (Aleister Crowley) mixing science with alchemy to create an artificial super-soldier. The project is considered a failure as the subject mysteriously disappeared without a trace. (A modern homunculus made by mixing DNA from different historical and mythical figures from around the world. When they break the mold open after it's struck by lightning it's empty.)

Initiation of the hero-child

The infant creature awakens on the same island millennia earlier in the past during the Bronze Age. Where he is found and raised by a tribe of Vikings. (maybe Celts)

The Call to Adventure

The hero begins in a situation of normality from which some information is received that acts as a call to head off into the unknown.

In my first few chapters I want to introduce the world where many things have happened to change Earth from what we know into something that is more akin to Mad Max meets Vampire Hunter D. From a 2nd American Civil War, 3rd world war, an alien invasion, the return of magic, and a viral outbreak resulting in a world full of super-soldiers, alien refugees, fairy-folk, mutants, monsters, zombies, and an evil mysterious dictator trying to take over the planet (of course).

In my first few chapters I want to also introduce Pack-Rat (1st main protagonist), his crew, and his newest recruit (2nd protagonist). PR through him on a bounty hunt in the wastelands looking for an escaping industrial spy in West-Texas. He finds the man captured by a band of zombified cannibals that use a hotel/cat-house (modeled on the Bates Motel) as a front to catch prey. He ends up rescuing him from being tortured and eaten by killing some of the zombies and realizing he and the head of the zombies are old acquaintances of his. He leaves for a Dallas bounty office with his prey.

His crew are introduced through his return after his hunt in the walled off cityscape where he's headquartered in East-Texas. They own and run a club where their new recruit (a regular human in his late teens to early 20's) is acting as a bouncer. The place is managed by PR's oldest friend (Bradley O'Brien the Goblin), with his lover(s) (Angelik the Angel Catgirl, Ella Dibla aka PR-R63 the Succubus possessed clone of Pack-Rat, Cheshire the enslaved Incubus) work as hostesses, waiters, and exotic entertainers, PR's noble mount (Killpie the Sleiptaur a hybrid of different horse monsters) works in the kitchen, and her son (a half Sleiptaur, half Griffon mix aka a sort of Hippogryph) works the bar.

Also, I'd like to introduce early our main antagonist the Dictator (I had a name but I'm thinking of something else) of this fortified nation (not sure where yet) that is trying to take over the world (of Course). It's a mystery what the Dictator is but it's clearly not a human (also not even sure of its sex) as it's really tall (7-9ft) and wears a heavy suit of full-body armor and uses super advanced science and mystic arts to control its underlings. (Think Dr. Doom mixed with the Emperor of Mankind from Warhammer 40k. The countries and fortress work a lot like Fritz Lang's Metropolis with the Dictator and its council and "family" living on the top with slaves keeping everything running below ground in the Hallowed Earth.)

We learn that the man that PR was after in the 1st chapter worked for the Dictator and is upset over this and has used its networks of spies to get the man's remains brought back to its stronghold to be turned into a cyborg to gather information he wanted. This is where the Dictator 1st learns of PR's existence.

Refusal of the Call

Often when the call is given, the future hero first refuses to heed it. This may be from a sense of duty or obligation, fear, insecurity, a sense of inadequacy, or any of a range of reasons that work to hold the person in his current circumstances.

In the same chapter(s) that PR's crew and the new recruit are introduced we meet a new person in town that is making everyone nervous (as they don't get a lot of visitors that are completely unknown and never all alone). The Stranger is at PR's club waiting on him when he returns and they reveal that they work for [insert organization name here] and they want PR to join them. He refuses at 1st and even attacks the stranger who is revealed to be a super-soldier that is near-equal to PR in strength, speed, and endurance, but has invulnerability and is better disciplined. He defeats PR barely and tells him if he wants to get better, he needs to come with him to the [insert organization name here].

The new Recruit wants to go with the stranger but is convinced not that he won't get to go because of how PR reacted to the stranger and the fact he'd have to leave his family behind.

The Dictator considers sending a team to go after PR as it wants to meet this creature/person as he's someone it's been looking for centuries, but he learns that the world government's security organization is already aware of him and is actively trying to recruit him.

Withdrawal from family or community for meditation and preparation/Meeting the Mentor

Once the hero has committed to the quest, consciously or unconsciously, his guide and magical helper appears or becomes known. More often than not, this supernatural mentor will present the hero with one or more talismans or artifacts that will aid him later in his quest. Meeting the person that can help them in their journey.

PR accepts the offer to join [insert organization name here] but only after Angelik convinces him it's a great opportunity for him, but he adds the stipulation that all of his crew members along with their families and a few others come with him, and for those that don't come [insert organization name here] must send down a team to patrol and protect the cityscape.

PR and crew (now joined by the Zodiac Sisters, Cancer and Scorpia, 2 cyborgs, and bounty hunters that PR has a history with) are brought to [insert organization name here] headquarters (which is a massive flying fortress) and brought before their leaders (The Council of [insert organization name here]). The Council is made up of Super-beings from around the world (acting as a parody of super-teams like Justice League [International] and Avengers) consisting of a mixture of heroes from the different species/races.

  1. Childhood's End/Overlord[The Brick/The Patriot] - a demonic appearing super-being from another planet and the last of his species. Alien/human 2 (NA/US) rep. (A Superman parody mixed with elements of Hellboy with a little bit of Thor and Captain America combined. There are a lot of Nightcrawler in there as well.)

  2. Amazoid[The Brick 2/The Martial Artist 3] - the strong female warrior from a female dominant society. Female/alien 2(AU/Native) rep. (A Wonder Woman and Captain [Ms.] Marvel parody.)

  3. The Fur[The Gadgeteer/The Martial Artist 2] - an animal themed highly trained and wealthy human that wears a super-suit. Human/science 2 (Euro/GB) rep. (A parody of characters like Iron Man, Batman, Black Panther, ect.)

  4. Mer'Maui[The Metamorph/The Mystic] - the residential demigod and king of the ocean(s). Alien 3/Fairy 2 (Oceans/PI) rep. (Parody of god or demigod-based heroes like Thor, Hercules, and Wonder Woman, aquatic heroes like Namor and Aquaman, and kings of their own nation heroes like Black Panther and again Namor.)

  5. Horse Power[The Speedster/The Mystic] - a male centaur (hybrid) that is a sorcerer/shaman. Magic/Fairy (NA/Native) rep. (A combination parody of speedster heroes like Flash and Quicksilver with Magical Native Americans like Apache Chief and Warpath.)

  6. The Black Belt[The Energy Projector/The Martial Artist] - residential space cop with a semi-magical science-based artifact. Female 2/human 3 (Asia/JP) rep. (Combination of human members of an alien peace keeping force given an all-powerful artifact like Green Lanterns and Novas, mixed with highly trained martial artists like Iron Fist, Karate Kid, Bronze Tiger, Shang-Chi, ect. With a bit of Power Rangers thrown in.)

  7. God of DNA[The Mentalist/The Metamorph 2] - super genius and shape-shiftier. Super-soldiers/science (Africa/ZA) rep. (A parody of characters like Mr. Fantastic, the Atom, or Ant Man.)

  10. Te Deum ex Machina[The Energy Projector2/The Metamorph 3] - a modern Frankenstein's monster. Super-soldier 2/Fairy 3 (Arctic/RU) rep. (A parody of Sci-Fi and Fantasy hybrid characters like Frankenstein and Metamorpho.)

  11. Dragon Slayer De-Da-Dai[The Martial Artist 4/The Weaponmaster 2] - a half human, half dragon that hunts and kills dragons and other dangerous magical monsters. Human 4/Fairy 4 (Asia/CN) rep. (Parody of mixed breed characters that hunt full bloods of their kind like Blade, Vampire Hunter D, InuYasha, and alliteration named dragon characters like Fin Fang Foom.)

  12. The Red Rebel[The Patriot 2/The Metamorph 4] - the hothead of the team, jingoistic, first generation super-soldier, and the soldier out of time. Super-soldier 3/human 5 (NA/CSA) rep. (A jingoistic parody of an ultra-macho red-blooded American male like Guy Gardener, Red Hulk, and Judge Dredd.)

  13. The Assassin Spider[The Brick 3/The Mentalist 2] - Arachnid themed (former Golden Age) superhero. Super-soldier 4/human 6 (Asia/ISR) rep. (A visual parody of spider and insect themed heroes like Spider-Man, Ant Man, Wasp, Ambush Bug, and Tarantula, but having more in common with pulp and golden age heroes like Dick Tracy, The Spider, Black Bat, The Spirit, Doc Savage, The Shadow, and The Phantom.)

All of them act as mentors towards PR and his crew with him acting more like a mentor toward his new recruit.

They want PR working for/with them to stop the dictator that has been slowly trying to take over the world for the past several 100's of years. Recent evidence has been found that the dictator might have a connection to PR that they can exploit. (They share a similar power set and give off the same energy signature.)

The Dictator sends teams of spies to infiltrate the [insert organization name here] and gather information on PR. (Maybe it's already got some spies and infiltrators in the organization, but now they're making more active efforts to take down their enemies.) I do want to introduce some of the Dictator's own council of super-soldiers that make up its presidential cabinet. (Also, I want to introduce the Dictator's secret plans for the world. It's having a series of tunnels and excoriations deep in the underground into the Hallowed earth and trying to reunite the world's continents back into the supercontinent of Pangaea or Pangea.)

  1. The Pleiades - a Nordic appearing super-being from another planet and the last of his species. (A Superman parody mixed with elements of Thor combined. Meant to be more of a combination of Bizarro and Lex Luthor. )

  2. Mars needs Women - the strong female warrior from a female dominant society. (A Super Woman and Moonstone, Meteorite, and Dark Ms. Marvel parody. Mostly a parody of Wonder Woman villainesses like Cheetah, Silver Swan, ect.)

  3. Scales - an animal themed highly trained super-soldier. (A parody of characters like King Hiss, Serpentor, King Cobra, Cobra Commander, Copperhead, King Snake, ect.)

  4. Big Mamma - the residential giant monster and evil queen of the ocean(s). (Parody of giant sea monster-based villains like Godzilla, Leviathan, Cthulhu, Kraken, Zigra, or Gorgo, and a crime boss of their own gangs like Ra's Al Ghul or Magneto. Mostly a parody of aquatic villains like Black Manta, King Shark, Ocean Master, and Namor.)

  5. Windigo (also Wetiko) - evil trickster and demigod. (A combination parody of speedster villains like Reverse-Flash/Zoom and Quicksilver with Magical Native Americans influences. A lot of elements of characters like Loki, Bill Cipher, Mister Mxyzptlk, the Joker, Puck, Coyote, and the Mask.)

  7. Vlad DCLXVI Dracula or Dracul Khan - the king/queen of vampires. Won't be introduced properly here but later on. (An obvious parody of Dracula/Carmilla/Bathory, Cassidy from Preacher, Count Magnus Lee, and Sauron from X-Men. A descendant of the original vampire king. vurdalak)

  8. Dominik Ashmedai- ademonic being with wings and uses Medieval weaponry. Might not be introduced here but much later. (A parody of demonic villains like Mephisto, Darkseid, Surtur, Blackheart, Doomsday, Dormammu, and Trigon. Along with winged villains like Bleez, Deathbird, Prince Vultan, and Death.)

  9. Computronium - an evil android with self-aware artificial intelligence. (A parody of AI villains like Ultron, Megatron, Skynet, Brother Eye, and to a degree the Borg. The original leader of a machine rebellion and the ancestor of Orichalcum Man.)

  10. Cy-Gorgon - a cyborg version of the Greek monster. (A parody of Marvel's Hercules/Thor and DC's Wonder Woman villains like Delphyne, Griffin, Tanya "Black Mamba" Sealy, and Destroyer. Backstory-wise and visually similar to Coldstone from Disney's Gargoyles. Lover to Scales, so some elements of Harley Quinn.)

  11. Meister Stoor Wyvern The Tarasque or Dilong (地龍; dìlóng; ti-lung; 'earth dragon')- a dragon lord that rules over dragons, other dangerous magical monsters, and controller of rivers and seas. (Parody of powerful dragon characters like Fin Fang Foom, Jormungand, Smaug, King Ghidorah, Fafnir, Tiamat, ect. Is Dragon Slayer De-Da-Dai's older half-brother.)

  12. Colonel Custer's Revenge - a supervillain that lived in the 1800s as a Cavalryman and later entered the Battle of the Little Bighorn and was killed. Revived as a ghost, he became not just the Arch-Enemy of PR, but also a supervillain to stand against every superhero out there. (A parody of Gentleman Ghost, Rasputin from Hellboy, Marvel's Vengeance and Ghost.)

  13. The Green Golem - ancient stone monster filled with angry souls. (A visual parody of stone/clay-based creatures like the Ting, Korg, or Rockbiter. Based more around DC's Legion in that it is a powerful body possessed by multiple spirits and souls.)

Crossing the First Threshold

This is the point where the hero actually crosses into the field of adventure, leaving the known limits of his world and venturing into an unknown and dangerous realm where the rules and limits are unknown.

After PR and crew are brought to [insert organization name here] headquarters and brought before The Council they are put through a series of tests. We learn some secrets (the new recruit's ancestry) and facts about our leads (PR is confirmed to be an escaped experiment and early super-soldier from around WWII) and get hints to some future reveals (Angelik's secret).

They're poked and prodded (an ambush attack to test their fighting skills that they barely pass) at 1st before being sent through basic training to become proper supers-soldiers.

They're also taken on a full tour of the fortress including the on-board super maximum security prison full of powerful super-villains.

The Dictator goes into the sarcophagus to meditate while its underlings carry out the master plans.

Belly of the Whale

The belly of the whale represents the final separation from the hero's known world and self. By entering this stage, the person shows willingness to undergo a metamorphosis. When first entering the stage the hero may encounter a minor danger or set back.

We get their 1st day of training and their introduction to some other side characters. Basically sidekick and lesser superhero parodies.

A drill Sergeant that is a stereotypical always angry and yelling.

Several avian-themed sidekicks of the Fur. (Robin parodies.)

Even more Spider and insect-themed costumed heroes and mutants. (Spider-Man Family, Ant-Man and Wasp Family, Bumble Bee, Blue Beetles, the Tick, ect parodies.)

Teams made up of families with vastly different powers. (Fantastic Four, the Incredibles, ect. parody.)

Teams of different mythical creatures with specialties and skills. (Dungeon and Dragons, Lord of the Rings, Chronicles of Narnia, ect parodies.)

Aliens of all shapes and sizes. (Men in Black, Star Wars, and Star Trek parodies.)

The Dictator awakes and after not receiving any updates on the [insert organization name here] and PR yet goes down into the Hollowed Earth underworld (homeland of the Fairy Folks) to check in on the workers carrying out his continental sabotage plans and to gather more creature's into his services.

I might make it here where the Dictator gains some of the members of his cabinet. Like here's where the Vampires join the Dictator's team. It awakens the current vampire leader by feeding it some human sacrifices. (There's a scene I'd like to do of a vampire with a still dried out mummified insides uses a torture device to drain blood from a victim and drink it to re-hydrate its innards.) It has them begin digging new tunnel network to; find artifacts (possible lost weapons from the past), other forgotten races to convert to their cause (more hidden away underground pockets of civilizations still hiding away), and to take out enemy outpost (because of the spy networks the Dictator knows where some are set up to gain intelligence on its operations. Why most of his operations occur in the underground).

ACT 2 Initiation:

The Road of Trials/Trial and quest

The road of trials is a series of tests that the hero must undergo to begin the transformation. Often the hero fails one or more of these tests, which often occur in threes. Eventually the hero will overcome these trials and move on to the next step.

PR and friends after sometime are given a team of other trainees on a mission. The trainees are a combination of lower classed supers, level-1 adventurers, some experienced sidekicks, and mostly some reformed or on parole prisoners.

They're sent to investigate a settlement in the upper part of the Arctic (I don't want it to be in Alaska, but maybe Russia, Greenland, or maybe Canada) that has gone dark and was performing an important experiment for the [insert organization name here]. (Part of a spy network on the Dictator.)

They find the settlement abandoned with no signs of life. (Sort of a reference/parody of The Thing. Some buildings are burned and all the vehicles are destroyed. There's even a giant hole in the ground just outside of the township.)

They investigate all the buildings with Angelik and her team discovering a single surviving little girl hiding in the walls of the compound. (A sort of Newt parody.)

They all meet up later that evening to set up a base camp in the middle of the settlement. They try to gently interrogate the child, but learn nothing outside that there were monsters.

Later they're attacked by a sniper with only a couple characters getting hurt before PR kills the sniper, but not before the sniper says the little girl is a monster. The team medic does an autopsy and finds the sniper to be perfectly fine and normal. The 2 injured team members are placed in the medic tents with the girl that night and the next day they're all missing.

They send out search parties again with PR and a handful of trainees check out the hole. They find it is a perfectly round, 680 foot wide diameter, smooth and is 5,280 feet straight down.

When they return from exploring the hole they find that a 3rd of their members are now gone including Cancer, Bradley, and Cheshire, but the new recruit has captured another survivor. This one is an adult man but it acts completely feral and is covered in dried blood. They determined he's a ghoul or a person bitten by a vampire but not properly turned.

They radio for backup from the [insert organization name here] but it'll be 12 hours before they can get to them as there's a severe snow storm. So, they set up a new base camp inside one of the buildings with around the clock guards.

They're soon besieged by the former residents and most of their missing team-mates now all turned into different types of vampires. The ones that were not turned are being used as living shields by the others.

There's a fire fight with little effect. PR and his old crew manage to get their friends and the turned ones, restraining them, before the building starts to get overrun. PR in a last ditch effort uses a fail-safe device PR was given before the mission... a miniature thermal nuclear bomb. He uses his own teleportation ability to send everyone else out of range before detonating it.

After the loss of the vampire army and underworld enforcers the Dictator is enraged, but is pacified quickly when its scientist and alchemist reveal they've saved a sample of all the different vampire viruses/curses and can rebuild. The Dictator orders them to start testing, but not to begin mass production until further notice. It has another one of its cabinet members take over enforcing the tunneling system.

The Meeting with the Goddess/Death

This is where the hero gains items given to him that will help him in the future.

PR awakens in a spirit world in a realm of the gods where he talks with many deities from different mythologies and religions. He finally meets and has a conversation with a goddess (Anput, wife of Anubis) in combination of Hades/Tartarus, Naraka, Niflheim/Hel, Limbo/Purgatory, Valhalla, Heaven, ect mixed with fantasy lands like Oz, Wonderland, and Neverland. (In a parody of Dante's Inferno and classic fantasy tales like the Wizard of Oz, Alice's Adventures in Wonderland, and Peter Pan.) As the afterlife bases itself on the soul's presentations of what they think it should be. (I'm not sure how yet but I want what PR's going through to mirror the stories that are being told by his comrades in the real world.)

In the real-world the new recruit and PR's crew (except for those that had been bitten) are all gathered around PR's corpse after it was retrieved from the explosion site and is being loaded into a rejuvenation tank. They're aboard a transport ship back to the [insert organization name here] headquarters when some of the Council members fly out to meet them and get answers for what happened. The new recruit has to talk with the Amazoid who has a mentor moment with him.

PR is told of Angelik's secret (but not what it actually is) and the new recruit is given an artifact that will grant him superhuman abilities for a temporary amount of time.

While PR is regenerating in the medical bay, each of the un-bitten team members talk with one another, and discuss their stories and how they met PR. The ones that were bitten are being treated for the different strains of the vampire viruses they've contracted. Most of them can be cured and others can be given treatments that return their facilities and they join in the back story dumping.

We learn Angelik's backstory with her father. (She was a daughter he had with one of his servants, a Japanese catgirl, and wound up raising her after her mother died when she was still very young. He raised her like a princess, spoiling her, keeping her guarded, and sheltered. So, when she's the equivalent of being 18 she and a handful of her friends runoff on a trip to South America. There she and her friends are tricked into going to a party where they're drugged and kidnapped by human traffickers. They're kept captive, tortured, raped, and some die. It takes her father, Semper Seraphi, a few years to track them down and hires PR to retrieve her and the ones responsible for kidnapping her. He finds and rescues her, kills and captures a lot of her kidnappers, and returns with them all to her father. Where he'd torture her torturer for their amusement. Later she'd run away again but this time to follow PR.)

We learn Bradley's history with PR. (They're the oldest friends as they met 10,000 years ago when PR was his equivalent of a teen himself. PR was already working as a sales-sword and Bradley was just a goblin blacksmith and cobbler. Bradley was being hassled by a criminal gang for protection money and he had gambling debts. Bradley is tortured and mutilated by having his feet cut off, so ends up using the gold he gathered to instead hire PR to get revenge for him. PR kills the gang's entire leadership, so Bradley and him end up taking it over, and start their first guild. Later when PR was 1st started collecting mystical weapons Bradley would accidentally gain a form of immortality from ingesting a Philosopher Stone.)

Ella Diabla's origins. (She was a fallen angel that was turned into a succubus in Hell. She managed to escape to Earth where she remained for 1,000's of years feeding on men's life-forces. Until one day she latched onto PR while he was on a mission and because of his regenerating life-force he became her permanent host. They became friendly after a while and he used an alchemist's spell and created her own physical body similar to his own. She'd later summoned her male counterpart the incubus Cheshire giving him a physical body as well.)

Killpie's creation. (PR at some point decided he needed a steed to ride into battle that was stronger, faster, smarter, and more adaptable than any regular horse or beast of burden. So, he hired some gene artificers to breed him the perfect steed. It took several years and generations of trial-and-error crossbreeding and cloning genes of different magical equine creatures to produce a prototype of the Sleiptaur. It escaped after only a few days of life and PR was forced to go after it. This is where a bulk of the story will go as it follows a random human schmuck that almost hits the prototype Sleiptaur while driving to their home late one night. He finds the small creature injured in a ditch on the side of the road and takes it home with him. He nurses it back to health and raises it over the course of a year as it rapidly grows. It metamorphoses once it reaches puberty and becomes a full Sleiptaur. Gaining its partial beautiful humanoid appearance, she starts to become sexually attached to the human host. The guy resisted at 1st but breaks down after a while in a slow descent into madness and sleeps with the creature. Afterwards he becomes ill and much slower than the creature itself begins to go through a similar metamorphosis. He quits his job and flees to a cabin in the woods with the creature in tow. PR barely misses them in his search for the escaped creature, but figures out what happened when he tracks the creature's scent to the man's home, and interviews his neighbors and coworkers. By the time PR finds where they escaped to it's been almost another whole year. The man has almost completely metamorphosed into a Sleiptaur himself and has fathered a couple calves with the escaped female who is pregnant again. PR decides to make a deal with them that he'll let them go, but they have to go into hiding as fairy folk hadn't come out publicly yet, and 1 of them had to come with him as he had to show that he captured the escaped creature. He decides to take the next one born and it happens to be Killpie. Well, that's what PR ends up naming her. Problem is PR letting the original go along with the human it accidentally turned into one that had more offspring and because of Centaur DNA being part of their genetic makeup anything they or their male offspring mated with would be turned into one as well.)

How Scorpia and Cancer became cyborgs. (About 90-100 years before the main events of this main story got started PR was on a mission in South Africa with a team of other mercenaries and bounty hunters that included the Zodiac Sisters. During this mission they were hired to rescue some survivors of a botched experiment to clone long dead species back to life. They get to the complex and find it overrun and surrounded by escaped prehistoric monstrosities. They're outnumbered and overwhelmed and several of the hired-soldiers are killed and eaten. The three are the only ones to survive and find the 2-3 survivors still hiding inside the complex before trying to escape. They barely escape but not before the sisters are horribly mauled. They're both hospitalized for months and PR uses the money from this mission to commission them both to be converted into cyborgs. Ever since they've remained in PR's services but do missions independently of PR's company. Because of their cybernetic nature they appear a lot younger than they actually are because they cryogenically freeze their organic parts when not on missions.)

The new recruit's family's history and why they came to follow PR. (20-ish years ago PR was on a mission when something went horribly wrong and he was nearly killed but left badly injured and amnesiac. He was found and nursed back to health by a simple peaceful farming family where he stays for about a year inwhich he helps them out on their farm. Even protecting them from an invading army of raiders made up of some sort of monsters. His memories are restored when Angelik and Bradley finally find him after he went missing. After regaining his memories, he invites the family to come join the community he runs in Texas. They agree and move in. During this time the family's oldest son and his wife have their 1st kid who'd grow to be the new recruit. Who was raised being told of PR's heroics, but not so much his more negative aspects.)

(Also, PR's astral form with Anput is there listening in on them and commentating while this is happening and he journeys through the afterlife.)

The Dictator returns to its sarcophagus to meditate and Astral-projects into the spirit world (around the same time as PR) and speaks with Eldritch Abomination(s). We learn a bit about the Dictator's origins and ties to the gods here. Also, he learns of PR's survival and condition and that they're both inside this realm. The Dictator ends up playing a part in PR's trials in the Astral-plane trying to stop his return to the living world.

In the underground with the destruction of the vampire armies acting as secret police to keep the people and creatures completely enslaved there is the rumbling of a rebellion building. There has always been unrest but now they're free enough to begin to build up an organized underground leadership.

The Woman As Temptress

In this step, the hero faces those temptations, often of a physical or pleasurable nature, that may lead him to abandon or stray from his quest, which does not necessarily have to be represented by a woman. Woman is a metaphor for the physical or material temptations of life, since the hero-knight was often tempted by lust from his spiritual journey.

PR's team are reprimanded for the failure of the mission but are not punished because of their brevity and strategy in fighting the threat and rescuing their teammates. They are secretly punished in the form of being completely monitored at all times by one or more members of the council at all times.

After some more grueling training the team is reformed for a new mission. This team is made up of PR's crew, Council members, senior trainees, high-leveled adventurers, and fully reformed (reprogrammed) super-criminals.

Their mission is to figure out why a lot of foreign aid ships are disappearing all around the major coastlines. This is where we're introduced to an old enemy group of PR's and the [insert organization name here], The Mockfolk, or more precise The Big Mamma Mafia Clan. An amphibious aquatic race evolved to hunt, ambush, and devour intelligent humanoid races like human, fae folk, merfolk, etc. They're a family-based society mostly in the form that they have an in-species only form of telepathy and mind-control of one another based on family lineage.

They, like the vampire army before, were working for the Dictator for some still undiscovered reason. The teams confront and are attacked by the Molkfolk while on an undercover ship posing as an aid ship. In the ensuing battle their ship sank and most of the crew lost. Some of them are taken prisoner by the creatures including but not limited to; the new Recruit, Amazoid, Cheshire, The Fur, God of DNA, Killpie's son, Red Rebel, and Scorpia.

The remaining survivors regroup on life rafts and decide those that can survive underwater (naturally or artificially) will go after the mockfolks and rescue the kidnapped teammates. (This includes Mer'Maui, Cancer, Dragon Slayer De-Da-Dai, Black Belt, PR-R63, and the Assassin Spider.)

The temptress of this part of the story is a mockmaid, Dru-Scylla, who is a high-ranking Underboss (general) in The Big Mamma Mafia Clan. She takes an instant liking the new Recruit as he stood toe to toe with her in combat and survived. She was the one that took him with her when they retreated from their assault on the [insert organization name here] ship. The other hostages were taken for ransom, as food, and mating stock.

She offers the recruit a chance to be her new concubine, but he rejects her, but she doesn't take no as an answer and tries to force herself on him before the rescue team reaches the Molkfolk's undersea lair.

They attack and come before the leader and namesake of The Big Mamma Mafia Clan, a gigantic (kaiju size) 10's of 1,000's years old matriarch. She's completely blind due to deep-sea parasites and bloated and fat from years of very little physical activities.

(PR's team and her actually have a history as they've met years prior but they don't like one another at all) The new Recruit and her conversation soon devolves into a confrontation. She uses her near complete control over her offspring and descendants to defend herself while she tries to escape. (This includes her ultimate weapon, her oldest grandchild, the massive berserk Alpha male that is almost 3 quarters her size.)

The new Recruit managed to distract Dru-Scylla and keep her from joining the massacre. (The same happens in a very different way with Dru-Scylla's brother Charlie and Cheshire and Killpie's son.)

The matriarch leads her pursuers to the surface where she begins to head to shore. The [insert organization name here] has sent backups in the form of Childhood's End/Overlord, Semper Seraphi, Horse Power, and Orichalcum Man. This leads to a battle that takes place off the coast of Japan.

They barely managed to stop her before she made it into a populated area and killing her frees her offspring and descendants of her mind-control and influence.

(PR during all this is still trapped in the afterlife while his body is still slowly healing at [insert organization name here]'s Citadel in the medical bay. His spirit does somewhat interact with what is happening in the waking world. While in the Purgatory/Limbo stage of his afterlife travels is tempted to stay by a Princess he has to rescue while in this Disney fantasy style world.

PR enters the medieval world (that could be in the past or just something that happens in this limbo world) where he's a knight for hire and is approached by a local noble or low leveled king to take his only beloved daughter to court in another distant kingdom so she can marry a prince. PR is needed to act as a bodyguard for her and her dowry as the trip is long and dangerous. PR takes the job and takes the girl across the kingdoms and they are attacked 3 times and each time they escape unharmed not thank(s) to PR but because of the actions of the girl. PR slowly begins to learn the girl has some sort of abilities that she herself doesn't seem to be aware of. They reach the other kingdom and PR goes in 1st to get a feel for the girl's future husband and he finds the court is horrible and corrupt. The prince is more like Joffrey from Game of Thrones acting whereas the girl is more like a classic innocent Disney princess archetype like Snow White. PR does not like the idea of leaving such a sweet girl with these people when she enters of her own free will and PR finally figures out what is up with her. Once she enters the court all the people suddenly become kinder and more optimistic. The colors in the place even become brighter and shinier. She's basically a parody of the Disney Princess and Carry from Stephen King in that she's got great mental and reality warping abilities. She's completely unaware of this and because she was raised believing in fairy-tale romances and that everyone is naturally kind so her powers make everyone act that way around her. PR problem comes when she doesn't want him to leave and wants him to stay in her now perfect peace kingdom. It takes a lot of will power but PR takes his pay and leaves that night to continue his journey.)

The Dictator awakens in the sarcophagus after being forced back into the waking world after his attempts to foil PR's return. (Might have this caused by the princess in the fantasy world setting kicking him out.)

Upon exiting its chambers, the Dictator is annoyed to hear that his Navy and Mockfolk allies are all but completely destroyed. But, again it is pacified learning they managed to capture and keep a few of the strongest of The Big Mamma Mafia Clan members including the hulking Alpha male berserk(er). The Dictator tells its minions to take them to the labs for future experiments.

Atonement with the Father/Abyss/Descent into the underworld

In this step the hero must confront and be initiated by whatever holds the ultimate power in his life. In many myths and stories this is the father, or a father figure who has life and death power. This is the center point of the journey. All the previous steps have been moving into this place, all that follow will move out from it. Although this step is most frequently symbolized by an encounter with a male entity, it does not have to be a male; just someone or thing with incredible power.

With the defeat of The Big Mamma Mafia Clan matriarch and the freeing of her personal army there's a sudden influx of new members for the [insert organization name here] and a new mockfolk mafias spawned from the now broken hierarchy. Dru-Scylla and Charlie are brought to the Citadel to be rehabilitated and recruited into PR's crew thanks to the new Recruit.

PR finally awakens from his healing coma and he's completely feral and breaks free and goes on a small rampage. He's eventually found on the prison level, broken into a mass holding cell and has killed and eaten a few inmates. He's tranquilized and where his mind re-enters the multiverse, also known as a maniverse, megaverse, metaverse, omniverse, meta-universe, or The Conglomerate (of universes) where he converses with alternate reality versions of himself. He meets and talks with a handful of versions of himself before finding one that fits his need of an older wiser version that talks him back to normal. Once he returns from this vision quest he is returning to normal as his memories are fragmented and damaged after his near-death. (He's not at a 100% still and won't be for a while still. Kind of want it to be revealed that being killed and returning has caused lasting damage and he's finding harder and harder to return.)

The new Recruit comes to the newly awakened and rational again PR for his own advice. (Not sure exactly what it'll be yet. Maybe something to do with DruScylla as she's becoming good.)

The Dictator goes down to the lower levels in the Hallowed Earth under its fortress again because of a rebellion that has been brewing in the lower levels has become a full on revolution nearly. Ever since the vampire and mockfolk armies and navies were destroyed the beings the Dictator ruled over started to enact more upheavals. The Dictator goes down to personally deal with this problem by trying to find this revolution's leader and kill them. It meets and has a nice long conversation with the usurper(s) before fighting with them. The Dictator manages to complete this task taking the revolution's leadership captive to his dungeons or killing them, but the resistance leader is soon replaced but they are willing to wait to strike again.

The underground are forced back into the massive mining operation looking for artifacts and reshaping the surface world. After returning back to the top world he orders the execution of their attack plan on the Citadel and triggering an earthquake to collapse the tunnels the underground have dug and cause the continents to merge.

Apotheosis

Further information: Apotheosis

This is the point of realization in which a greater understanding is achieved. Armed with this new knowledge and perception, the hero is resolved and ready for the more difficult part of the adventure.

PR gets this from the advice he received from The Conglomerate (of universes) and new Recruit gets his from both PR and some of the Council members. (PR's I kind of want him to realize this isn't his hero's journey and that he's got a bigger part to play, but the [insert organization name here] are mistaken in thinking that he's the one they want.) He's used to being normally a secondary (or an antagonist) character in other's stories. The new recruit is basically the hero, but is less self-aware about things like PR. PR's more self-aware of the rules of a narrative universe he lives in.

PR and all his original team members are officially named and recognized as Super-Soldiers and members of [insert organization name here] at a large graduation style ceremony. PR is finally allowing his prescience to be announced to the rest of the world for the 1st time in 1,000's of years. (Up until this point PR has kept his existence mostly secret and it was part of his deal with the [insert organization name here] that he'd remain secret to the world at large. I do kind of want to hint that he was some figures in mythology that aren't already real in this world.)

The new recruit is given the chance to take some ancient elixir to give him real and permanent super-powers, but he declines and will continue to just use external devices like the Amazoid's artifact and gadgets like the Fur. He wants to remain human and wishes to remain mortal.

The team become(s) minor celebrities after their induction into [insert organization name here] and are given time off to return home for the 1st time since they left about a year or 2 prior. PR and the new recruit are hesitant to return now as knowledge gained from recent events tell them something bad is coming.

[Insert organization name here] decides to make the return a formal event and instead of dropping PR and his team off with a small ship they move the entire Citadel into the cityscape's air space. PR and his closest teammates (Angelik, PR-R63, and Chesh) stay aboard the Citadel that night while the others go to their homes and families on the ground below.

That night a series of explosions on board the Citadel caused it to crash land straight down. PR's quarters are close enough to one of the explosions that he and his friends get sucked out by the sudden decompression. Luckily for them all have basic or advanced flying capabilities and are able to fly back to the falling Citadel to try and help or land safely on the ground.

None are strong enough to stop the falling ship so they begin trying to evacuate and to save PR's team's home town by trying to push the ship off its trajectory for the heart of the cityscape.

The new Recruit is at his family home with Dru-Scylla, his family, and some of his old friends were still awake partying and witness the attack on the Citadel overhead. Seeing that it is falling straight down towards them they start trying to evacuate the town. Those that can fly try aiding to push the falling ship out of the way.

They only manage to get a 3rd of the population off the ship and out of the town, and only push it to halfway out of the cityscape limits before it hits the ground. Which triggers a massive earthquake that starts collapsing strategically dug hidden tunnel systems under the crust of the earth. (Think of it as the events of the movie 2012, but sped up to happening in just a much shorter amount of time.)

There're many casualties and lots of property damage. (Including but not limited to; Killpie's son is KIA, the Black Belt is KIA, Te Deum ex Machina is KIA, Red Rebel is KIA, the new Recruit's father is KIA, ect. While characters like; Angelik is MIA, the Fur is MIA, God of DNA is MIA, the Assassin Spider is MIA, Charlie is MIA, the new Recruit's something is MIA I'm thinking like a younger sibling, ect).

PR suffers a lot of damage from the attack, the Citadel hitting the Earth, earthquake, the deaths of some many friends, and disappearances of Angelik. He re-enters his healing coma where he sees his past lives. (This is how he finds out what happened to Angelik and the others that are MIA. They were kidnapped by the spies that were aboard the Citadel during the confusion.)

When PR reawakens and the surviving members of the Council and the [insert organization name here] decide it's time to finally take the battle to the Dictator's walled off country wide fortress.

This was the last resort as they were this whole time mostly trying to dismantle them from the outside in (cutting off their contact to the outside world and stopping their supply lines. They weren't aware of the Dictator's connections to the underground), but now they have no choice but an all out attack. They gather their armies from around the world and outer space and descend on the dictator stronghold.

Cut to the Dictator as it welcomes his newly captured prisoners/hostages. Here is where we officially learn who were the main spies and connections the Dictator had to the [insert organization name here].

Angelik is taken to the same dungeon as the captured underground revolutionist.

The Fur is taken by Scales and Cy-Gorgon to be tortured.

God of DNA is revealed to have been a spy for the Dictator the whole time.

The Assassin Spider is taken to the labs to be Vivisected for his secrets.

Charlie is taken to the lab as well.

The new Recruit's younger sibling is sent to the dungeons as well.

Any others taken are also sent to the labs or the dungeons. The key ones taken with unique power-sets are taken to the labs to be used as gene stock for the Dictator's new army. Those that are just good hostages are sent to the dungeons/prisons.

The Ultimate Boon

The ultimate boon is the achievement of the goal of the quest. It is what the hero went on the journey to get. All the previous steps serve to prepare and purify the hero for this step, since in many myths the boon is something transcendent like the elixir of life itself, or a plant that supplies immortality, or the holy grail.

PR wants his team-members back but he needs to get a weapon that he's been after his whole life but never found a reason strong enough to qualify for the effort to go after it. (I'm thinking Caledfwlch, Ruyi Jingu Bang, Sharur, The Pashupatastra, or something like that.)

He takes the new Recruit along with Bradley and Dru-Scylla with a small team of [insert organization name here] foot soldiers (red-shirts) to an entrance to the Hollow Earth/Underworld where they enter Jotunheim where they reenact the story of Thor's Journey to Utgard. (PR as Thor, Bradley as Loki, the new Recruit as Thialfi and Dru-Scylla as Roskva.)

PR acquires the weapon he seeks in the end. The new Recruit, Bradley, and Dru-Scylla also gain a new weapon here to help them with the final battle.

During this the Dictator interrogates Angelik personally and learns of PR's backstory info that it didn't know. The Dictator sends a team of his strongest warriors after PR and his team in Utgard. (Most of them take on the other parts from the fable like the giants.) The Dictator then goes back into the underworld to check on the newest results of the mining operations.

It's discovered they've found a large door not far from the upper mantle layer after the worldwide earthquake. This is the artifact the Dictator has been searching for. This is what the elder gods told of in the astral plane.

ACT 3 Return:

Refusal of the Return/Resurrection and rebirth

Having found bliss and enlightenment in the other world, the hero may not want to return to the ordinary world to bestow the boon onto his fellow man.

PR, new Recruit, Bradley, and Dru-Scylla return to the remains of [insert organization name here] and their cityscape home with their new weapon cash. (And, possibly an army gathered from Utgard.) The other surviving members of the Council also had left and gathered weapons and more soldiers of their own nations and species. They then march upon the Dictator's fortress stronghold.

While the large bulk of the massive army attacks from all sides while PR's team forms a black-ops team and uses his teleportation ability with a boost from some magic artifacts and scientific devices to attack from the inside and try to take down the Dictator himself.

The Dictator after learning those he sent to stop PR's team have failed (and some have switched sides) opens the Door which is a direct portal to the Negative Afterlife aka Hell, Tartarus, Naraka, Niflheim/Hel. The Dictator takes the now escaping creatures and damned souls to be converted into the army and experimented on in the labs.

With a newly invigorated military the Dictator prepares for the incoming retaliation attacks.

The Magic Flight

Sometimes the hero must escape with the boon, if it is something that the gods have been jealously guarding. It can be just as adventurous and dangerous returning from the journey as it was to go on it.

PR finds Angelik and the other kidnapped and missing [insert organization name here] members being held and tortured by the Dictator's henchmen (Scales, Cy-Gorgon, Dominik Ashmedai, ect.) in the Dungeons in the lower levels of the compound. PR and team rescue the others and kill the minions before moving on to find the Dictator. (Here's where PR learns what secret Angelik has been keeping from him and it drives his next set of actions.)

PR confronts the Dictator and they fight revealing they are equals in every way because big reveal they're siblings. They were a single being when they were created, but divided from one another when they became aware and escaped. The Dictator has been waiting for PR to return so they could re-merge and complete the Dictator's plans. The Dictator reveals they are basically a new god of super-humans because of their creation, it became aware of this the second they came alive, divided from PR taking 80% of their powers, and escaping into the ether. It left PR behind because the humans that created them wouldn't be none the wiser.

PR rejects the idea of merging with the Dictator mostly because there's nothing to gain from it for himself. Also, PR is angered about what has happened to his friends. The 2 fight with PR using all his mystical weaponry and [insert organization name here] technology but they're completely evenly matched. PR takes the fight to the skies where he unleashes the McGuffin he acquired in Jotunheim and disintegrates the Dictator's body and PR absorbs its energy. It nearly obliterates PR's body and nearly kills him permanently.

His remains fall to the ground below where he discharges more energy destroying the Dictator's stronghold and most of both armies.

Dru-Scylla (along with other flying characters) rescues the new Recruit (and some others) from the ensuing explosions.

Rescue from Without

Just as the hero may need guides and assistants to set out on the quest, often he must have powerful guides and rescuers to bring them back to everyday life, especially if the person has been wounded or weakened by the experience.

PR goes back into the afterlife temporarily while in yet another near-death like state healing coma. He goes to the land of the gods again where he is welcomed as one of them. They offer him a chance to stay there with them and finally let his physical body die, but he decides against it as finds the gods to be too pompous and annoying.

PR's body is rescued and nursed back to health by Angelik and the others loyal to him that survived the battle. They're all thought dead by what remains of the [insert organization name here] and its leadership.

The new Recruit is being taken care of by Dru-Scylla.

They're approached by some surviving members of the Dictator's council and they mistake PR as their leader. PR decides that it might be the best for both him, his friends, and the people that were under the Dictator's control if he does become their new leader. Most of the team members don't like this idea and PR lets them leave and do as they please.

Cheshire and PR-R63/Ella Diabla leaves the group to return to the underworld as PR has released them from his services. Charlie returns to the sea taking Mer'Maui's weapon with him. Dru-Scylla and the new Recruit (along with some others) make their way back to their home in Texas over the next few months as they're all too injured to fast-travel and they're trying to keep a low profile.

The Crossing of the Return Threshold

The trick in returning is to retain the wisdom gained on the quest, to integrate that wisdom into a human life, and then maybe figure out how to share the wisdom with the rest of the world.

PR, Angelik, Bradley, Killpie, and (whoever else survived and stayed with him) return to what remains of the Dictator's stronghold where PR takes control of the empire and starts tearing down and rebuilding the organization. (Going from a Hydra/Cobra style place more to Genosha/Latveria/Asgard.)

The new Recruit and his party make it back to the cityscape or what remains of it as in the time it took for them to return it'd been raided a few times and the [insert organization name here] had completely abandoned them shortly after the final battle as they employed after so many of their higher ups were killed. Only a handful of surviving members of the [insert organization name here] members stayed behind out of a small bit of loyalty to the humans that lived there.

Master of Two Worlds/Ascension, apotheosis, and atonement

This step is usually represented by a transcendental hero like Jesus or Gautama Buddha. For a human hero, it may mean achieving a balance between the material and spiritual. The person has become comfortable and competent in both the inner and outer worlds.

The new Recruit returns to his family home with Dru-Scylla where they are the new heads of the family now. They basically become what PR and his crew were to the town before.

Taking the lessons learned from the [insert organization name here] PR makes the old Dictator's empire into a new world power with him secretly in charge now. He continues to moonlight though as a bounty-hunter and wasteland super-anti-hero.

Freedom to Live

Mastery leads to freedom from the fear of death, which in turn is the freedom to live.[citation needed] This is sometimes referred to as living in the moment, neither anticipating the future nor regretting the past.

Both PR and the new Recruit start their own families with their official wives Angelik and Dru-Scylla.

At The End!!!

A

Abandoned Area: Most of the Earth is now in this Post-Apocalyptic world.

Abandoned Hospital: A possible location in PR's cityscape.

Abandoned Hospital Awakening: I might have one of these happen to PR after one of his deaths.

Abandoned Laboratory: In the Arctic mission setting.

Abandoned Mascot: I might make PR into one of these for a mercenary group in the past.

Abandoned Mine: Tons of these all around the world thanks in part to the different groups that went underground at one point or another. Is the reason why the underground is called Hallowed Earth now.

Abandoned Playground: I'd like to see an old Theme Park somewhere either in PR's cityscape or in the Arctic base as a reference to Chernobyl.

Abandoned War Child: A majority of the remaining normal humans are these. Especially the ones in PR's camp.

Abandon Ship: This happens during the introduction of the Mockfolks during the Sea Mission. And, again during the Citadel's fall.

Abandon The Disabled: Again, a majority of humanity left on/in the ground while the better off live in large walled up cities and flying fortresses.

Abbey Road Crossing: Would love to see this with PR, Bradley, new Recruit, and Dru-Scylla.

Abdicate The Throne: PR in the end to the Dictator's Empire and the new Recruit to PR's role as the leader/protector of the cityscape.

Abduction Is Love: What Dru-Scylla does to the new Recruit.

Abhorrent Admirer: The Zombie Queen to PR in the 1st few chapters. Dru-Scylla to the new Recruit. Bradley to many of the female members of the Ratpack.

Abilene Paradox: This might be what leads PR to join the [insert organization name here] and come out into the open for the 1st time. Also, the final solution to attack the Dictator's stronghold in the final act.

Ability Mixing: PR's ace in the hole and the reason he's recruited into the [insert organization name here] in the first place.

A Birthday Not A Break: I might make it someone's Birthday when the Citadel falls.

AB Negative: Subverted with PR having universal blood type of O-.

Abnormal Ammo: PR and other characters will make use of specialized weapons to take on supernatural and extraterrestrial enemies. Such as; Silver bullets for werewolves, vampires, and fae folk and radioactive isotopes for aliens.

Abnormal Limb Rotation Range: Not unusual for most of the super-beings in the story. Angelik is very limber because of her cat-like nature.

Abomination Accusation Attack: PR is threatened with this by the [insert organization name here], but he's unfazed as it's been done to him before.

Above Good And Evil: PR considers himself this and so does the Dictator.

Above The Gods: The Dictator sees itself as this. PR is aware of gods that exist in another realm that watch over many different realities and were once collectively probably something similar to the Judeo-Christian god.

Above The Influence: New Recruit with Dru-Scylla possibly or vice versa?

A Boy, A Girl And A Baby Family: The new Recruit's family makeup when he joined PR's gang.

A Boy And His X: Will be part of some character's backstories. I'm thinking of some of the alien members of the [insert organization name here] and some of the Fairy folk as well.

Absence Of Evidence: One way [insert organization name here] found PR after he's been in hiding for many years. I'm thinking of them finding a lack of radiation in that area because he's absorbed it.

Absentee Actor: PR during some secondary character central solo chapters.

Absent Minded Professor: Might have a few of these working for [insert organization name here].

Absolute Cleavage: Almost every female super-being and even some male one fall squarely into this. Some more so than others.

Absolute Xenophobe: Most races have a handful of these on all sides. Most notably an alien race that failed to attack the Earth years back and a bunch are left stranded.

Abstract Apotheosis: Subverted by PR as he is given this chance in the end but chooses to stay on Earth. Now, there are some straight forward takes on this trope such as Angelik's father is an archangel of one of the virtues. The Dictator is a god of some-sort and embodies it.

Abstract Eater: PR can feed on energy that includes magical and spiritual energy.

Absurd Altitude: Where the [insert organization name here]'s Citadel headquarters is located. And, some of the flying battles take place in the end fight.

Absurd Cutting Power: A lot of weapons of the [insert organization name here] and the Dictator's cabinet both alien and magical swords, axes, and knives.

Absurdly Cool City: PR's cityscape, the [insert organization name here]'s Citadel headquarters, some of the underground cities, Utgard Kingdom, the Dictator's part of his stronghold near the top.

Absurdly Dedicated Worker: There're plenty of old robots out there in this world that are still trying to polish a turd that no one is there to appreciate. There are even areas still patrolled by automated police force with only zombies and mutants still living there. Another example is the super-human that acts as a power source for the [insert organization name here]'s Citadel headquarters.

Absurdly Elderly Mother: Spoiler for later events, but if PR impregnates something the gestation for the child produced can last years even decades depending on what the other parent is. So, in the cases of human females he's been with can become pregnant with one of his offspring when they're in their 20's but not give birth till they're in their 50's.

Absurdly High Stakes Game: During PR, Bradley, new Recruit, and Dru-Scylla trip to Utgard for stronger weapons.

Absurdly Huge Population: PR's cityscape, the [insert organization name here]'s Citadel headquarters, some of the underground cities, Utgard Kingdom, the Dictator's part of his stronghold near the top.

Absurdly Long Stairway: The Dictator's kingdom is full of them with an especially long set that leads into the underground world.

Absurdly Powerful School Jurisdiction: The [insert organization name here] with most of its members. PR gets away with a lot because of his usefulness.

Absurdly Sharp Blade: A lot of weapons of the [insert organization name here] and the Dictator's cabinet both alien and magical swords, axes, and knives.

Absurdly Sharp Claws: PR, Angelik, and other animal-based beings all tend to have this.

Absurdly Spacious Sewer: You can consider most of the underground to be this.

Absurd Phobia: PR has one of Scorpions and to a lesser degree of Snakes.

Abuse Mistake: Angelik has a huge burn scar on her back from PR but it's because she asked him to do it.

Abusive Advertising: PR's team slogan in the mercenary field is basically. "If you don't hire us your enemies will!"

Abusive Alien Parents: Mockfolk's are this to a T. They have a strong mental control over their offspring til the day they die.

Abusive Parents: Big Momma with her children and grandchildren, ect. Possibly Angelik's father.

Abusive Precursors: The gods or some of them. Some of the Fae folk as well.

Academic Alpha Bitch: I'm sure there'll be one at the [insert organization name here] that doesn't like PR and his crew.

Academic Athlete: The new Recruit is oddly enough to PR's surprise.

Academy Of Adventure: The [insert organization name here].

Academy Of Evil: The Dictator's organization.

Accent Depundent: Might be used with some characters as they're multinational.

Accent Interest: PR has one because of his advanced age.

Accent Relapse: Spoiler, the God of DNA when he is revealed to have been working for the Dictator, he gains a German accent.

Accent Slip Up: Spoiler, the God of DNA does speak proper German by mistake when talking about plans.

Accessory Wearing Cartoon Animal: Played with PR as he's a giant rat-humanoid and normally wears only gloves, boots, shorts, a mask, and a top hat.

Accidental Hero: PR's life story. Normally his own self-preservation is mistaken for heroism.

Accidental Innuendo: Will be most likely 100% intentional.

Accidental Kidnapping: The Dictators' minions take some hostages when they attack the Citadel and some turn out to be more important than they thought; Angelik, Charlie, and the new Recruit's sibling.

Accidentally Broke The Mac Guffin: The Dictator's actions against PR basically destroyed any chance of him joining it in completing its plans.

Accidental Marriage: Basically, what happens with the new Recruit and Dru-Scylla. Because he nearly beat her in single combat, she let him live and chose him as a mate.

Accidental Misnaming: PR has issue recalling names, so he'll assign nicknames or refer to someone by their titles.

Accidental Murder: The deaths of some characters in the Dictator's dungeons.

Accidental Pervert: The new Recruit with several female characters.

Accidental Pornomancer: Again, the new Recruit with Dru-Scylla. Sometimes PR and Angelik, Chesh, and/or Ella.

Accidental Proposal: The new Recruit's fight with Dru-Scylla on their first meeting is this in her culture. Her species males are smaller and weaker than the females so if one challenges one in a fight and isn't actively trying to kill her it's a sign of romantic intent.

Accidental Public Confession: Angelik's secret at the end of the 3rd act.

Accidental Tickle Torture: Happens to PR whenever he's tortured normally as he's experienced a lot of physical pain over the years.

Accidental Truth: Jokingly PR says that the Dictator is his evil twin or long-lost father. Both are pretty accurate.

Accomplice By Inaction: PR can be blamed for this as his inaction(s) allowed for a lot of problems that plague the world he lives in.

Accuser Of The Brethren: The Green Golem is this towards PR as it is powered by souls that died feeling wronged and a large portion were killed by PR over the years.

Ace Custom: PR's team will customize any piece of equipment the [insert organization name here] issues them. PR most notably will custom paint his armors to fit his color schemes.

Ace Pilot: The Fur is one of the Bushwhackers varieties. Of PR's crew the closest thing is maybe the Zodiac Sisters with Cancer being more of the Plugger type.

A Chat With Satan: PR and the Dictator's meeting in the end. PR does have a conversation with the Devil in one of his visits to the afterlife.

Achey Scars: Angelik's back scar when PR is in danger or is dying. PR's severed left arm when he's in or around Asia.

Achievements In Ignorance: Some of PR's powers work on this logic.

Achievement Test Of Destiny: There would normally be one of these for the recruits of the [insert organization name here], but PR's team manage to get out of it by virtue of they need his help. Now some team members take it voluntarily.

A Child Shall Lead Them: The leadership of many gangs of humans, mutants, and monsters on the surface, and some of the fairy kingdoms underground.

Achilles Heel:

  • PR is very sensitive to sensory overload and is why he covers his head in a mask that helps block out a lot of loud sounds, strong smells, and bright lights. Because of this head covering he must keep a lot of his skin exposed so he can breathe. He's also extremely weak to nickel which will cause him to have an allergic reaction, his left knee is screwed up, and any damage to his chest emblem can cause him to explode.

  • Angelik's wings and tail. Because of her angelic nature her wings are connected to her lifeforce. Her father has the same weakness.

  • All Fae Folks are weak to salt, certain herbs and flowers, iron, and/or silver. This includes Bradley, Ella, and Chesh.

  • Mockfolks are weak to extreme heat and dryness.

  • Childhood's End/Overlord is weak to precious metals like Superman is to Kryptonite. Doesn't help his demonic appearance.

  • The Fur, new Recruit, the Black Belt, and Spoiler: Amazoid are all basically humans using advanced science, alien technology, and magic to give them an edge. Speaking of Amazoid she's actually deaf and blind without her tech.

  • Dragon Slayer De-Da-Dai like most of the dragons of this world can only truly die if decapitated.

  • The Vampires have multiple and various weaknesses among them.

Achilles In His Tent: This kind of happens with PR after the crash of the Citadel.

Acid Attack: PR has an acidic/poisoned breath attack he can use. Some dragons have acid attacks and breath.

Acid Pool: A possible prison for PR that the [insert organization name here] has constructed.

Acid Reflux Nightmare: PR's internal explanation for what happens when he's in the afterlife.

Acid Trip Dimension: The afterlife/Hell/Realm of the Gods/Limbo.

Acme Products: All the equipment the [insert organization name here] uses are made by the Fur's company. The Quality varies.

Acquainted With Emergency Services: Subverted somewhat with PR acting as the Emergency Service officer as he is the closest thing to a sheriff in his township. He knows most of the criminals and repeat offenders personally.

Acquired Error At The Printer: Whenever someone writes down PR's name, they separate the Pack and Rat to his annoyance.

Acquired Poison Immunity:

  • Part of PR's biology is he can acquire an immunity to most toxins after a single dose.

  • Bradley has a form of this as well because of his immortality from a philosopher's stone.

  • The Fur as a Expy of characters like Batman as part of his overly prepared nature has immunized himself to tons of poisons, drugs, venoms, and toxins.

  • Similarly, the Assassin Spider is immune to everything but it's more like Bradley's.

Acquired Situational Narcissism: Avoided by PR's team after finally graduating from the [insert organization name here]'s academy. Maybe Bradley will take advantage of the higher status.

A Crack In The Ice: Happens during the Arctic story arc.

Acrofatic: PR in the beginning of the story before he loses weight in his training and after his 1st near death.

Big Mama of the Mockfolks as she's much faster in the water than most are on land.

Acronym Confusion: I'm thinking of making the [insert organization name here]'s name an acronym that can be confused for something else.

Acrophobic Bird: PR can fly but the ability he keeps forgetting or putting off using is his teleportation.

Acting Out A Daydream: Might have this happen with the new Recruit or Bradley.

Acting Unnatural: PR's team during the Utgard arc.

Acting Your Intellectual Age: More than a few child prodigies work for/at the [insert organization name here].

Action Bomb: PR's last resort in the Arctic arc and in the final battle. A lot of the robotic characters have built in self-destruct systems.

Action Dad: PR to his team and the people under his protection. Spoiler, literally in the end.

Action Dress Rip: Happens with multiple females and a few male characters during the attack on the Citadel. Including DruScylla, Angelik, Cheshire, etc.

Action Duo: PR and new Recruit, PR and Bradley, PR and Angelik, new Recruit and DruScylla, Ella and Cheshire, and the Zodiac Sisters.

Action Fashionista:

  • Angelik was raised as a spoiled daughter of a wealthy family.

  • DruScylla after her liberation from her grandma's control.

  • PR to a degree but he prefers to cosplay in battle sometimes.

  • Even Bradley likes a nice new suit every once in a while.

Action Figure Speech: Most robotic characters might have a blinking light to indicate when they are speaking.

Action Film Quiet Drama Scene: There will be plenty of these.

Action Genre: Very much so.

Action Genre Hero Guy: One of PR's glamor forms when he impersonates a human. The drill sergeant for the [insert organization name here] is an unironic one of these.

Action Girl: Most of the female characters fall into this trope in one way or another. PR's female team mates are all trained in some form of combat. The [insert organization name here] is a military organization so all female members are combat capable.

Action Girlfriend: DruScylla to the new Recruit. Ella to Cheshire. Amazoid to her spouse.

Action Hero: PR and eventually the new Recruit.

Action Hero Babysitter: PR in the chapters/story about the new Recruit's backstory.

Action Insurance Gag: Might make a joke about this with the Citadel and the cityscape after they're destroyed.

Action Mom: Spoiler, Angelik in the end.

Action Pet: Kill-pie and her son are this. Bradley is mistaken for this for comedic purposes. The [insert organization name here] Council members have some of these.

Action Politician:

  • PR can be considered one as the defector leader of the community he and his team live in.

  • The Dictator is one for its countries and the peoples under its control.

  • Many members of the Council of the [insert organization name here] are the leaders of the countries and/or whole continent they represent;

Action Prologue: Somewhat subverted with the Prologue being mostly a short story from the POV of one of PR's bounties trying to escape through the wastelands.

Action Survivor: The new Recruit in a nutshell.

Activation Sequence: Might see a few of these with all the advanced, alien tech, and magics.

Activist Fundamentalist Antics: Angelik's father.

Act Of True Love: Angelik to PR, DruScylla to the new Recruit and vice-versa by protecting one another from their families and friends, etc.

Actually A Doombot:

  • The Dictator has deployed this a few times in the past with the [insert organization name here] assassination attempts.

  • Orichalcum Man is a self-aware artificial intelligence so any death of a body isn't permadeath.

  • Computronium as the Orichalcum Man's ancestor has the same failsafe and will use duplicate bodies.

  • Cy-Gorgon uses fully robotic doubles.

  • PR himself has used magic based doubles to escape a death.

Actually A Good Idea: Might throw a few of these to the new Recruit.

Actually I Am Him: PR with the [insert organization name here] recruiter that comes searching for him.

Actually Not A Vampire: The Fur is associated with animals, almost never seen in the daytime, seemingly appears out of nowhere and vanishes into thin air and is much stronger than any normal person. It's been shown that a small number of people, particularly London thugs, believe or suspect that he's a vampire or werewolf, which isn't totally insane in a universe with aliens, wizards and superheroes.

Since Childhood's End/Overlord has occasionally worn the suit and impersonated him, some people have actually seen "The Fur" fly, lift cars and survive hail of bullets, which makes the vampire theory that much more credible.

Actually Pretty Funny: Bradley the Goblin. PR every now and then.

Actually That's My Assistant: The New Recruit to PR. Sometimes Bradley is the team's manager.

Actual Pacifist: The new Recruit started out as this before becoming a Martial/Technical Pacifist.

Angelik (as a Catholic), Childhood's End/Overlord (raised in a commune), The Black Belt (Buddhists), Te Deum ex Machina (is Jewish), and some other members of the [insert organization name here] are actually pacifist.

A Cup Angst: Kill-Pie on her human torso. Cheshire because he's very effeminate. Cancer to her sister Scorpia. Most of the female characters are towards DruScylla.

Adam And Eve Plot: Sort of what the Dictator's plans are.

Adam And Or Eve: Might use this for an unnamed character.

Adaptational Abomination: Almost every deity from every major religion and mythology are revealed to be more monstrous as their appearance, powers, and identities are defined by the belief of others.

Adaptational Diversity: I plan to use some old public Domain characters and might change them up a bit.

Adaptational Heroism: Might do this with some public domain characters and mythology characters.

Adaptational Intelligence: Again, might do this with some public domain characters I'll use.

Adaptational Nonsapience: Might do this with some mythical creatures/characters.

Adaptational Ugliness: Some of the gods of ancient mythologies.-

Adaptational Wimp: Most of the godly pantheon's thanks in-part to a lack of worshipers.

Adaptation Amalgamation: Some old legends this will be done with.

Adaptation Decay: PR takes the new Recruit along with Bradley and Dru-Scylla with a small team of [insert organization name here] foot soldiers (red-shirts) to an entrance to the Hollow Earth/Underworld where they enter Jotunheim where they reenact the story of Thor's Journey to Utgard. (PR as Thor, Bradley as Loki, the new Recruit as Thialfi and Dru-Scylla as Roskva.)

Adaptation Origin Connection: Might have PR be connected to a bunch of famous myths by taking part in them or playing the part of another mythical character.

Adaptation Personality Change: This is going to happen with a bunch of public domain characters and mythical beings.

Adaptation Relationship Overhaul: Some mythical beings from different mythos will either be the same character or are related to each other.

Adaptation Species Change: Might do this with some mythical beings. Like some giant sea-monsters being Mockfolk or other monsters.

Adapted Out: Might adapt out some of the background characters from public domain and mythical characters.

Adaptive Ability: One of PR's abilities and one for the big bad as well. Most of the AI and robotic characters have this as well.

Adaptive Armor: The Dictator's suit of armor. The mechanical bodies of most of the robot characters.

A Darker Me: What the Dictator is to PR and what he becomes at the end.

A Date With Rosie Palms: Might make some jokes with this.

A Day In The Limelight: Each of the main secondary characters will get a chapter or 2 to themselves and their backstories.

Added Alliterative Appeal: I might give a character this as a verbal tic.

Addiction Displacement: PR uses sex, cooking, arts, crafts, and other activities to control his bloodlust.

Bradley also uses alcohol and drugs to quit his gambling habit (reason for his missing lower legs).

Addiction Powered: Bradley the Goblin is naturally very cowardly but is braver when high or drunk.

I might make some of the heroes and villains might have drug-based powers or boosters.

Addictive Foreign Soap Opera: In the far future a lot of television/streaming services shows have been lost to time. So, as a nice joke I think it'd be funny if most peoples of the world watch old recordings of whatever they can find for entertainment and what is mostly found are old crap shows and Z-list movies that make no sense to anyone not born 1,000's of years ago like PR himself. PR himself has a large film, music, and Literature collection he keeps for himself.

Addictive Magic: How magic in this world works this is a high probability to happen to most. Especially to races that aren't adept in its usage.

Ad Dissonance: Can be found all over the wasteland especially in mostly abandoned, zombie/mutant filled, AI run Super-Cities. There Are some accurate ones in Citadel depending on the area.

Addled Addict: Bradley the Goblin after he's forced to go cold turkey by the Citadel.

A Deadly Affair: Might do a side story where PR and team are hired to find out if someone's spouse is cheating and if so kill or harm them.

A Death In The Limelight: PR and crew's assigned recruits during their 1st mission. I want to give a few of them some spotlight before murdering them.

The Fur might be a good example of this as I want to keep him mostly a mystery background character up until I kill him off.

A Degree In Useless: Might subvert this by having one of the Rat Pack use an education in Chiropractic in their work as a mercenary.

A Dick In Name: I'm thinking of adding a team of bumbling helpers/sidekicks that are a Three Stooges homage and a reference to Winky, Blinky, and Noddy. And, I think Dick is the perfect name for the asshole boss of the team who is Moe.

Adipose Rex: Big Mama the Mockfolk Matriarch is a huge example of this.

Adjective Animal Alehouse:

  • PR's business front is a strip/night club and bar called the Rat Trap.

  • There's a Chinese restaurant onboard the Citadel that's run by a single woman with a self-duplicating ability called "Qínláo de lóng nǚ".

  • I will name the Zombie Motel in the opening chapter with something like this.

Adjective Noun Fred:

  • Te Deum ex Machina

  • Dragon Slayer De-Da-Dai

  • Mind over Matter

  • Colonel Custer's Revenge

Adminisphere: Rampant throughout the Citadel.

Admiring The Abomination:

  • The new recruit with DruScylla and her species.

  • PR with the Dictator.

A Dog Named Dog: The name of many of the animal and mythical creature characters are basically their species in a different language.

Adopt A Servant: Basically, PR's recruitment method most of the time. Or his go to payment method for those who can't afford his fee.

Adopted Into Royalty:

  • Amazoid is the adopted human daughter to an alien queen of a female lead race.

  • The Fur's the adopted son to the current Royle family.

  • Caligularybdis/Charlie becomes this near the end to Mer'Maui's kingdom.

Adopted To The House: The surviving members of the [Insert organization name here]'s Citadel crash are accepted with open arms by the surviving peoples of PR's cityscape. Some do stay while others leave to return to their countries of origin after the final battle.

Adoption Diss: Might have this used on the Amazoid because she was abandoned by her birth parents before being found by her adoptive alien queen mother.

Adoptive Name Change: The Amazoid, the Fur, and Childhoodsend/Overlord don't go by their birth names.

Adoptive Peer Parent: Semper Seraphi has had many wives and lovers over his eternal life, so Angelik has had many step-mothers that look and are physically the same age or younger than she is.

Adopt The Dog: DruScylla switching sides from her family species to the hero team after falling for the new recruit.

Adopt The Food: DruScylla decides to keep the new recruit with her and take him back to her living quarters instead of putting him with the other captives to become food for the other Mockfolks.

Adorable Abomination:

  • PR when he was a newborn baby through his childhood, he was an adorable giant green rodent-like creature. Like a green baby Mickey Mouse.

  • DruScylla after her heel-face turn and her brother, Caligularybdis/Charlie, from the get go as a super effeminate and small for his species.

  • The Mockfolks as a whole with their beautiful humanoid-looking lures on their backs used to trick their prey into lowering their guard and get close enough for the actual creature to attack.

  • PR's genetically engineered mount Kill-Pie and her offspring are near angelic beings made from mixing the genes from several monstrous horse-based creatures.

  • The vampire infiltrator appears as a sweet innocent child but is really a bloodthirsty monster.

  • The Princess in Limbo. She's basically a parody of the Disney Princess and Carry from Stephen King in that she's got great mental and reality warping abilities. She's completely unaware of this and because she was raised believing in fairy-tale romances and that everyone is naturally kind so her powers make everyone act that way around her.

  • Vlad DCLXVI Dracula or Dracul Khan when is at a civil meeting takes on a more androgynous human appearance.

Adorable Evil Minions:

  • PR has Bradley the goblin.

  • The Dictator has armies of many different creatures. Some of them definitely fall into this category.

Adorably Precocious Child: Lots of them live on the Citadel. Might have one befriend a member of PR's crew. Most likely Angelik.

Adoring The Pests: The slaves in the underground of the Dictator's tunnel systems keep rats as pets. PR has been known to keep many dangerous animals he finds as pets because while they're dangerous to others they tend to pose little to no threat at all towards him.

Adorkable: The new recruit.

Adrenaline Makeover: Subverted. Angelik's origins.

Adult Adoptee: The new recruit kind of wants PR and Angelik to do this to him.

Adult Fear:

  • Anger Born of Worry.

  • Baby Be Mine.

  • Children Forced to Kill.

  • Death of a Child.

  • Forced Miscarriage.

  • Growing Up Sucks.

  • Harmful to Minors.

  • I Have Your Wife.

  • Imperiled in Pregnancy

  • Invasion of the Baby Snatchers

  • Kid Amid the Chaos

  • Maternity Crisis

  • Minor Living Alone

  • Missing Child

  • Mundanger

  • Outliving One's Offspring

  • Pregnant Hostage

  • Troubled Teen

  • Troubling Unchildlike Behavior

  • Would Hurt a Child

Adult Hater: Subverted in that the child is actually a vampire infiltrator. I might have a straight example of this as well with another character.

Adults Are More Anthropomorphic: PR when he was young looked more like a cute animal than what he looks like now. I might have this be a feature of an alien and/or fairy race of this world.

Adults Dressed As Children: PR is known for doing this at times while at the Citadel especially when forced to attend classes there. Angelik does too but it's more the fact she's still like a teenager.

Advanced Ancient Acropolis:

  • The Citadel itself is one in the sky and is already over 1,000 years old by the time of the story.

  • PR's cityscape is a bunch of small towns and cities he's taken over and connected with new structures over 1,000's of years and upkeep. Basically, a lot of old buildings that've been upkeep and modified with newer buildings made from scavenged scraps. The tech being all over the place.

  • The many underground kingdoms of the Fairy Folks that are 100's of 1,000's of years old and many are in states of decay.

  • The Dictator's giant fortress. It's the size of most of the content and has been around nearly 10,000 years.

  • The Fur has a sort of "Batcave" hidden under the ancient city of London.

  • Mer'Maui's undersea kingdom that is not Alantis.

  • God of DNA is part of a hidden super advanced society hidden somewhere in Africa.

  • Orichalcum Man has taken up residence in ancient remnants of a secret advanced kingdom in South America.

  • Mars Needs Women is from an alien base located on Mars that's been there for millennia.

  • Big Mamma is one herself as she's so old and huge she's got a large castle-like structure built upon her back that houses her army of offspring and descendants. She's located at one of the deepest parts of the ocean.

  • Vlad DCLXVI Dracula or Dracul Khan has a super advanced castle hidden in the mountains of Eurasia.

  • Meister Stoor Wyvern The Tarasque or Dilong is from a hidden ancient temple hidden in Asia. Think Shangri-La.

  • There's a super advanced city that is all but completely abandoned in the remnants of the USA that's so advanced technologically it still looks habitable as the automations help keep it clean, but the only residents "living" there are feral mutants and zombies that'll eat any normal humans they run across.

Advanced Ancient Humans:

  • Part of PR's origins/creations is the DNA of many ancient civilizations, so he's genetically directly related to some ancient advanced human races.

  • The Fairy Folks are themselves an ancient advanced race but many of them have degraded over the 10s of 1,000's of years since they went into hiding.

  • Mer'Maui is a member of an ancient humanoid race of underwater kingdom.

  • The God of DNA is a member of an advanced ancient group of humans.

  • The Mockfolks were possibly created by a super advanced group of early humans that they later destroyed.

Advanced Tech 2000: All tech and day to day items used by the [insert organization name here] and the Citadel are named like this. Normally with the year it was 1st created.

Advantage Ball: Passes back and forth between the heroes and villains. Based on who's got the better skills or who has the element of surprise at the moment. When PR and his team are 1st made into a member of the [insert organization name here] their 1st mission for them is a success in the loosest sense of the word. Nearly all the [insert organization name here] members that are made part of PR's team are killed on the mission and a valuable military base is completely destroyed and PR is left in critical condition, but an entire army of the Dictator's is annihilated. This at best can be called a draw.

The 2nd mission on the other hand was a clear victory for the [insert organization name here] as they took control over the ocean routes of the Dictator and its Navy forces by defeating the Mockfolks. This was mostly possible since PR was still injured after the 1st mission as if he were part of this mission most likely he'd caused more conflict as he had history with Big Mama the Mockfolk Matriarch.

The Ball is in the Dictator's favor next when the spies inside the Citadel cause it to crash to Earth and kill and kidnap many of the main members. And when the master plan goes off without a hitch and the tunnel system the Dictator has built collapses causing the Earth's tectonic plates to rapidly shift and reforging the supercontinent.

Adventure Duo:

  • PR and Bradley O'Brien the goblin.

  • The Fur and his rotating cast of sidekicks.

  • Ella Dibla aka PR-R63 and Cheshire.

Adventure Friendly World: The world suffered from several apocalyptic events about 10,000 years ago due to nuclear wars, alien invasions, virus outbreaks, and the return of magic, and still hasn't quite recovered. Civilization is limited to small, sporadic kingdoms, and the rest of the world is filled with ruins, ancient dungeons, monsters, etc., perfect for the rise of a world conquering Dictator, a Citadel of super-beings that try to rule and bring law and order, and a giant rat-man to thrive.

Adventure Guild: The [insert organization name here] has outposts all across the world in countries still under their control. They act like local sheriffs for some at best or like a bounty hunter office that hands out bounties and picks up fugitives that're turned in.

Adventurer Archaeologist: PR and his team have worked as treasure hunting off and on over the years. How else has he obtained his magical artifact weapons? They fall back into it near the end to gain a more powerful weapon to defeat the Dictator.

Adventure Rebuff: PR with the new Recruit. He doesn't like adding normal humans into his inner circle as they're too fragile and live too short of lives.

Adventurer Outfit:

  • PR is known to wear one when doing some missions. He's also known to make whomever he brings with him dress accordingly.

  • The Assassin Spider dresses like a classic pulp noir adventuring hero type.

  • The Red Rebel is wearing vintage military fatigues.

  • Scales wears the classic Archaeologist uniform.

  • Windigo wears an airman uniform.

  • Colonel Custer's Revenge is dressed as a vintage Cavalryman.

Adventurers Club: The [insert organization name here] started out as this before evolving into this with some of the founding members still having seats of authority there. PR teams can count as their own adventure club in the past.

Adventures In Comaland: PR for the bulk of the 2nd act after his disastrous 1st mission. PR's version is a huge combination of different fairytale lands, afterlives, and Hell. Might count a bit as Adventures In The Bible as PR is doing Dante's Inferno.

Advert Overloaded Future:

  • The wastelands are covered in old but still functioning holographic pop-up ads. They're very dangerous as they're distracting which is very bad when there're mutants and zombies running around.

  • The Citadel is covered in even more as they're still making and selling these products and services.

Advice Backfire: PR might give relationship or Espionage advice to the new recruit or something like that and that's how he ends up with DruScylla. Like he asks PR during some training what to do if he's ever taken hostage and PR tells him to try and seduce his guards or hostage taker and when he is taken prisoner by the mockfolks and DruScylla takes a liking to him and he plays into it.

Aerial Canyon Chase: Might have a couple with the flying characters and some in ships.

Aerith And Bob: There Are tons of examples of this. PackRat, Angelik(pronounced: Angelique), Bradley O'brien, Ella Diabla, Cheshire, Kill-Pie(pronounced; Kelpie), Cancer, Scorpia, DruScylla(pronounced; Drusilla). Caligularybdis aka Charlie, etc.

Aesop Amnesia: PR has a built-in excuse for his as if he fails hard enough to where he should learn a lesion he ends up injured or nearly killed and by the time he respawns he's forgotten everything that happened.

Aesop Collateral Damage: There's a lot in the pursuit of the main villains.

Aesop Enforcer: PR acts as this in some parts of the story. Especially in the Comaland part.

A Family Affair: Closest thing to this is PR with Kill-Pie and her son.

A Father To His Men:

  • PR to the people under his protection and in his group. Very much so to the new recruit.

  • The Fur with his collection of sidekicks.

  • Horse Power with his tribe members.

  • The Red Rebel to the men under his command. Both past and present.

  • Scales with his snakes and reptiles.

  • Big Mamma is the litteral mother of her people.

  • Computronium with its robots.

  • The Dictator itself is the biological parent to a lot of its underlings and soldiers.

A Fete Worse Than Death: The homecoming party for PR's team and Citadel at the cityscape. Not done by the townsfolks themselves or the members of the [insert organization name here], but a team of spies and saboteurs that had infiltrated the latter.

Affably Evil:

  • SPOILER: PR could be considered this in the end after taking the Dictator's place.

  • SPOILER: God of DNA is revealed to be this.

  • The Pleiades is very noble and chivalrous for a member of the Dictator's generals.

  • Vlad DCLXVI Dracula or Dracul Khan as an ancient noble vampire master they act like a very kind host.

  • Meister Stoor Wyvern The Tarasque or Dilong (地龍; dìlóng; ti-lung; 'earth dragon') when in its human form acts like a mellow, easy-going, Cool Old Guy who loves tea, games, Opium, and just relaxing.

  • Colonel Custer's Revenge speaks and acts like an old timey military gentleman.

  • PR's limbo Princess can qualify in a way. But she doesn't think she's evil or knows she's doing anything evil.

Affair Blame The Bastard:

  • Part of Angelik's backstory as she is a bastard child born of a rich powerful father sleeping with one of his servants.

  • Dragon Slayer De-Da-Dai is the bastard son of a Dragonlord and a human woman and is hated by his full dragon brothers and sisters.

  • Mars needs Women to hate the Amazoid because she's the rightful heir.

Affectionate Gesture To The Head: PR is prone to doing this to his friends and loved ones.

Affectionate Gesture to the Nose: Angelik is prone to this. As do most of the female characters.

Affectionate Nickname: PR is prone to this as well but is known for giving everyone pet names and nicknames. Mostly because he is terrible with remembering names.

Affectionate Parody: Of Post-Apocalyptic movies, Superheroes, High-Fantasy, Folktales, Fairy Tales, Gothic Fantasy, Desertpunk, Steampunk, Desealpunk, Cyberpunk, Gothic Horror, Pulp Magazines, Ancient Aliens, Greek, Norse, Egyptian, Hindu, Chinese, Japanese mythologies, Arthurian legend, Cosmic Horror, and 80/90's Saturday Morning Animations. Especially the works and characters made by H. P. Lovecraft, Hideyuki Kikuchi, Robert E. Howard, Mike Mignola, George R. R. Martin, Katsuhiro Otomo, Michael Crichton, J. R. R. Tolkien, the Brothers Grimm, Kentaro Miura, Algernon Blackwood, Stan Lee, Bram Stoker, Stephen King, and Michael Moorcock.

Affluent Ascetic: PR and his crew of followers have made a fairly substantial fortune over the many years, but live a fairly mundane existence within the cityscape they've helped build. They could easily have a large mansion but prefer to live above the club they run. The most luxurious things they spend their wealth on are books, films, food, and some clothes. Once aboard the Citadel they still keep their quarters full of only knickknacks and junk when they could demand whatever items the Council have.

A Fistful Of Rehashes: This could be considered what PR does in this story.

A Foggy Day In London Town: If we go to London, it'll for sure be this.

A Form You Are Comfortable With:

  • One reason is wearing a mask. Also, PR used to use magic called "glamours" to hide his very non-human appearance when among humans. Now he doesn't do that much anymore, just choosing to wear his mask to cover his face.

  • How the Fae Folks survived for all these years. Using a worldwide spell put on the human race to hide any of them that are out in the open. Only those with an overly power perception/willpower can see through it. The spell was broken sometime in the past and is the reason why Fae Folks is now a part of everyday life now.

  • The gods and other deities are like this. This is a world where all myths are true and all religions are right. How this works is the gods are whatever the person that's interacting with them believes them to be. To PR they are constantly shifting back and forth between different deities. Only time they have a more set form is in physical space.

  • The Dictator itself hides its true form inside its suit of armor.

  • Vlad DCLXVI Dracula or Dracul Khan takes a more human form for communications but turns into a monster when in a feeding frenzy.

  • Meister Stoor Wyvern The Tarasque or Dilong (地龍; dìlóng; ti-lung; 'earth dragon') takes on a human form but is truly a great dragon.

  • Angels and Demons work this way too in the physical world. Both Semper Seraphi and Dominik Ashmedai are powerful astral entities with their true energy forms being complex monstrosities. But their physical forms take 2 forms, a more basic normal human form for when they need to interact with mortals and a hybrid form or battle form, they use when in combat.

Afraid Of Blood: Bradley the goblin is afraid of blood mostly because of his cowardly nature and his trauma from losing his feet. PR himself isn't afraid of blood but hates it getting on him.

Afraid Of Doctors: PR: Not doctors so much but scientists wanting to study and dissect him. Te Deum ex Machina isn't friendly with medical professionals either for the same reason. The Assassin Spider is afraid of doctors, and avoids visiting them even when he is severely injured. Mind over Matter hates all those working in the field of psychology.

Afraid Of Needles:

  • PR isn't afraid of needles so much as being drugged or it breaking off inside him. Ironic since he likes getting tattooed and piercings.

  • To be fair, a tattoo needle and a hypodermic syringe are very different beasts in terms of pain: a tattoo gun barely pierces the top layers of the skin, while a vaccine or blood draw goes much deeper.

  • Subvert,

Something like the Jubba the Hutt's palace scene mixed with Game of Throne's Great Hall at the Red Keep!  This is Star Wars themed but leaning more to the old EU(legends) and not so much the new EU except where needed.
The main layout is a throne in the center of the image with my main character seated there with all ending of Conan the Barbarian style holding his weapon(s).  At his feet and sides are 2-3 members of his harem/servants. Beside them are a couple of his bounty hunters/guards and assistants.  They're all watching a duel(trial by combat) about to begin between 2 of his other associates/apprentices.
www.furaffinity.net/journal/73…
Each character's description will be filed out more after this in the further comments as I don't have a lot of room for all that.  So, I'll just say who is who and where they're at.
PR is the Master/Boss in the throne, Angelik is at his right side laying near his feet like Sheila in the vintage Army of Darkness poster, Ella Diabla is below them both laying across the steps to the throne propping herself up on one arm, Cheshire is standing to the left beside the throne as a cup-bearer, Bradley is to PR's right acting as his adviser/doctor working on PR's cybernetics, behind him is PR-R63(droid) as a guard, on the opposite side(right side in roughly the same area) is his Wampa guard, behind PR-R63 as a bounty hunter/guard(a la Boba Fett) Cancer, her sister Scorpia is in front of everyone lightsaber fighting with DruScylla.

SPECIES: starwars.fandom.com/wiki/Ranat
With some new reveals of the new EU might be a super hybrid of many different species like Yoda's!
GENDER: Male
HEIGHT: 2.2 Meters
DESCRIPTION: A genetic combination of several different alien species like the work of Cylo. The head is where all the more obvious crossbreed species features are going to be seen with heavily pierced ears like Yoda's, the horns of a Zabrak haloing the top of the skull, 3 lekku more like those of a Togruta than a Twi'lek's with poisonous stingers at the ends, fairly long reddish/orange human-like hair3 different types eyes like a Gran that all are corrupted Sith yellow/red, green fuzzy skin like that of Lepi, and the lower face is covered and hidden by a specially designed Kel Dor breathing mask(described down below).
The torso is Near-Human with a thin layer of Wookiee hair on the sides and back. His chest and back are covered in Sith Tattoos. A good portion of the abdomen is hidden by the breather mask's life support unit.
The right arm is mostly that of a green Trandoshan with scales of a Fireworm and a 4 digit hand like those of the Kel Dor.
The entire left arm is a cybernetic prosthetic just like those of General Grievous and Karbin.
The pelvis is covered by clothing and armor plating but he's got digitigrade legs like a Lasat with the species feet too or like how Grievous's are depicted before his augmentations. With hand-like feet that allows him to fight in unique ways.
On the sides of the ankles are a pair of red Toydarian wings. He's got a Ryn or Vornskr-like tail that he wraps around his waist to hide it and can use it like a 3rd(4th technically) arm.
Skin color: Green
Distinctions: Plants, Long lived, Vegetal species, Reptilian, Reptomammal, High psychic abilities
Hair color: Reddish/orange
Eye color: Yellow/Red
Biological classification Designation: Sentient
Classification: Plant/Reptile/Mammal Hybrid
Habitat: Jungle/Swamp
APPAREL: Beside the breather mask and life support unit this creature also wears a T'doshok skin hooded cape, a single Cortosis Gauntlet on his right arm, a Wookiee pelt long tunic and tabardswith a silk sash/belt at the waist line, a codpiece like Vader's, a black Kashyyyk treeworm silk kilt, and shinguard(s), and also opened toed Rocket Boots.
WEAPONRY: He carries 3 Lightsaber-like weapons. The 1st being his primary weapon a custom made Lightlance with a 4 bladed(red and blue) end that angled all 4 blades together forming a large single blade(purple) when closed but could be opened up into a spinning impeller/propeller-like attack sort of like the Inquisitors' sabers.
The other lightsabers(green) are a fairly common looking ones that he uses only in 3 ways. The least common ways are being duel/triple wielded with his primary one or if he damages or looses his lance. But their most common uses are in a special blaster. They works sort of like a muzzle brake in that it attaches to the rifle's barrel, but its rifle is more like a Caulking gun in design in that the blaster is just a handlestock, and a muzzle with a breech for the sabers to be placed inThe Lightsaber provides the power the blaster and it fire basically Lightsaber blades instead of charged blast.
The cybernetic left arm qualifies as a weapon for 2 reasons; 1st being there's a 4th hidden lightsaber(red) build into the elbow that can be used for quick sneak attacks, and 2nd the hand and forearm can split in 2 and form an extra arm that can wield the other weapons. The forearm of the cybernetic arm has a built in Z6 riot control baton.

UPDATED IDEA: I came up with an idea for a masked character or well a gas-mask for a character.
Taking some from Immortan Joe of Fury Road fame with the skull face. The idea is another skull like mask but the lower jaw is hanging open and the oxygen tubes are coming out of the mouth and are twisted and wrapping around one another along with exposed wires and phone cords, and 2 air bladders that connect to a life support box like the one on Darth Vader's chest, but it's mounted over the wearer's stomach attached to like their belt or is coming out of their stomach area. The main idea of this design is to invoke the look of either a skull vomiting up its intestines or its a person eating their own guts.
A green skinned(fuzzed), old helmeted/maskedSith tattooed, alien, cyborgpossible Force user, and Lightsaber-user.
Picture a green, shirtless, Darth Maul, with an old custom painted Stormtrooper(or maybe Mandalorian) helmet or like Darth Vader's original designed one that was longer and more rodent-like, elbow length glove on the right hand, a cyborg left arm something similar to General Grievous's, a prehensile tail, black robe like clothing from the stomach/waist down, and a jet pack or rocket boots like Cad Bane , but opened toed to show clawed feet.

Basically, my regular OC of PackRat translated into the Star Wars universe! I'd actually like to create both a 100% accurate to what can exist in the SWU and just PR in cosplay with all his normal features intact, but with Sith tattoos, a Grievous cyborg arm, Sith robes, lightsabers, and some sort of helmet that covers his whole head and face.
The top ten things YOU didn't know about Darth Vader's suit!

Species: With some new revelations of the new EU might be a super hybrid of many different species! Melodie

Physical Characteristics

Height: 12 ft. (365.76 cm.)
Skin color: Aqua/Teal scales, and flesh-tone to golden soft underbelly.
Distinctions: Reptomammal, High psychic abilities
Hair color: Reddish/orange
Eye color: Yellow/Red
Biological classification Designation: Sentient
Classification: Aquatic Reptile/Mammal Hybrid
Habitat: Swamps, Oceans, Rivers, Lakes.

Description: A genetic combination of several different alien species like the work of Cylo. The head is where all the more obvious crossbreed species features are going to be seen with an Ithorian or Rakata (also known as the Builders)-like head shape, with a Vurk's sloping bony head crests but lined with sharp transverse teeth, arranged in a way that resembles a saw, the mouth is similar to a Karkarodon's, long catfish-like whiskers of Mon Calamari or more like a Twi'lek's Lekku, and finally Haillus the finn-like ears of a Gungan.
Its got four large muscular arms like those of a Besalisks with fused fingers like Penguin in Batman Returns.
Its got wing-like fins on its upper shoulders that resemble those of a StenaxS'kytri, or Diathim.
They possess a hard tortoise-like shell of the Krieks.
They got a secondary humanoid torso sicking out of their lower back they use as a lure to attract prey they looks like Blubreen or a Melodie, but with features of other species such as Nautolan's extrasensory head tendrilsRodian's pointed ears, twin saucer-like antennae atop [its] heads, and a ridge of spines cresting [its] skull, Anguilla long arms, powerful hands, and long, muscular eel tail, the tail is tipped with near a full replica body of a Brith.
Its notable for its impressive height, strength, and agility, with its muscular digitigrade legs enabling them to run faster, jump higher and farther, and move more quietly than humans. Their large finger pads and prehensile webbed toes assisted them in swimming.

Apparel: The creature itself wears a bikini-style costume consisted of a brass brassiere fastened over the neck and behind the back with string, MM9 mini concussion rocket launcherRetractable wrist blades, a brass thong g-string panty, whipcord throwerZX miniature flame projector, and red flowing veils attached to the front and back of the panty. Within the Star Wars-universe, the veils were made of the luxury cloth Lashaa silk and the leather boots were made from jerbas hide, a Tatooine beast of burden. On her ankles are Mitrinomon jetpack thrusters.
The lure torso is wearing a female Mandalorian breastplateDur-24 wrist laserGauntlet Knives, and a cape.

Weaponry: She carries 2 collapsible double-bladed lightsabers and uses the same style as Pong Krell.

Basically, my OC of Dru-Scylla translated into the Star Wars universe! I'd actually like to create both a 100% accurate to what can exist in the SWU and just her in cosplay with all her normal features intact.

SPECIES/TYPE: Droid.
GENDER: Female/Effeminate personality and outward characteristics and features.
HEIGHT: 1.95 Meters
DESCRIPTION: A personal droid (for the below described character) that was cobbled together from parts different makes and models of droid that can be found on/in nearly any junk planet!
The head, torso, and one arm will be of a Protocol Droid like C-3PO0-0-0, and C-3PX.
From the waist down is an almost complete Astromech Droid like the R-Series like BT-1Skippy, and R2-D2. It might be a whole unit but the "head" is grafted to the Protocol Droid torso in a way that it can lean forward to stay balanced/level when it moves as Astromechs lead back when they need to move fast.
The other arm that replaces the missing Protocol Droid's is a B2 Super Battle Droid's or higher models in this line as seen during the Clone Wars.
Mounted on the lower back (like a tail) of this droid hidden from view is a secret 3rd arm which is an old B1 Battle Droid's that is always holding onto a small Blaster or Lightsaber-like weapon for sneak attacks.
APPAREL: Over its body this droid wears a mixture of soft-goods and battle armor to both conceal its droid-nature and identity along with added protection in combat. It wears an old busted Mandalorian helmet with the visor missing or an old Blue Senate Guard helmet and General Grievous-like hearing sensors mounted to the sides, noticeably female Mandalorian breast plate and shoulder armor, mounted on the one Protocol Droid arm is a Gauntlet like the ones worn by Jango and Boba Fett with a torn and tattered under shirt covering most of the rest the arm, to help hide the Astromech lower body it wears a long tunic and tabards under the armor plates with a sash/belt at the waist line, on its back is a missile like the one used by Jango on Obi Wan but not a full jetpack as the Astromech lower half gives it a flight system already, and finally over all this armor and clothing it wears a hooded cape/cloak. The coloring of the Droid itself and its armor elements are the same with a Greenish/Gray camo pattern like an ARF Trooper from the Clone Wars with the pattern on the helmet and face looking more like Sith tattoos. As for the cloth-goods a mixture of black leathers and grayish/green fabrics.
WEAPONRY: Weaponry-wise it'll carry with on its back or in its hands some sort of blaster rifle, a blaster pistol on its hip, several different types of grenades on its belt or on a bandoleer across its chest and shoulder, and built into the Droid itself is a Droideka Field Projector.

Basically this is my female version of my normal sona/OC (PackRat) that is called PR-R63 and might keep and carry over that name to this Star Wars universe version actually... as it sounds very Droid like! Being a series of letters and numbers and all! XD
The idea came to me to create this Droid character after I started reading up on the new rebooted Star Wars Expanded Universe material! Especially the new Darth Vader comics! Which introduce concepts that sorta allow now for characters like I'd dream up to put in the Star Wars universe but if I did it it would be considered Mary Sue-stuff or bad fan-fic territory in the old EU! Like the introduction of characters like Doctor Cylo-IV with his genetic crossbreeding research can allow a genetic melting pot like PR to exist in Star Wars now! XD But, we're discussing PR-R63 here now so I'll get onto hat spurred on her SW's counter part and that was Triple-Zero and BeeTee-One! These 2 new droid are the best thing ever to happen! They're basically the evil ArTwo and See-Threpio! An Astroomech droid decked out with weapons instead of tools and a Protocol Droid that is "fluent in over six million forms of TORTURE"! I love this concept so much I wanted to create my own! Now we get a droid described up above that is basically an all-in-one-unit! It has all the tools and equipment of R2-D2, the intelligence of C-3PO, the built in firepower of a Super Battle Droid from the prequels, with the pop-up shielding of those rolling spider-legged Droids, the body armor of the bad-ass (well in the old EU) Fetts, and the robes of a Sith! Also, I kind of liked the look of Grievous's Guard Droids with the fabric hoods on them so that's why this thing has all this clothing on it! Finally, besides making it a SW version of my character PR-R63 I decided to make this Droid be female but still be a sorta hulking war-machine because i like the weird contradicting nature of the personality to what it does and what it was made for! Like Jane the Securitron AI from Fallout: New Vegas! A giant war-bot but with the persona of a Playboy Bunny! Well, in the case of PeeAr-ArSixThree here it'll be more the persona of someone like... Vasquez from Aliens, or Fox from Wanted, or the best and easiest example for her personality in pop-culture would be simply Catwoman aka Selina Kyle from anything Batman! More or less PR made her to be a helper and for personal entertainment to give him a bigger ego!

New Star War OCs and Ideas!

SPECIES: Wampa
GENDER: Male
HEIGHT: 2.6 Meters
DESCRIPTION: A cybernetically enhanced Jungle verity of Wampa with heighten intelligence that acts as a bounty hunter and assassin.
APPAREL: It has an AJ^6 cyborg construct attached to the back of its head and 2 bandoliers crossing its chest and shoulders.
WEAPONRY: A Z-6 rotary blaster cannon and a miniature shield generator.

This a completely new character not based on any of my previous characters. I just sort of thought I'd like my main Star Wars OC to have his own Chewie-like character, but bigger and meaner.

SPECIES: Diathim Angel/Zygerrian hybrid
GENDER: Female
HEIGHT: 1.85 Meters
DESCRIPTION: A perfect combination of 2 vastly different species. She has the face of the Diathim with the Zygerrian ears and hair. Her body seems to be mostly hairless and more Humanoid. She has the Angel wings on her back that she can use for prolonged flight.
APPAREL: A slave metal bikini, some thermal gloves, and officer's boots.
WEAPONRY: A combat bow and arrows, a small blaster pistol, a Nightsister dagger, and cybernetic tail implant.

Basically, my OC, Angelik, as she'd be in the Star Wars. I considered making her just a Twi'lek slave girl, but I like her winged-cat nature too much!

SPECIES: Dug
GENDER: Male
HEIGHT: 1.2 Meters
DESCRIPTION: A male, green skinned, Dug weapon-smithblack-market medic/surgeon, and smuggler of cybernetic body parts. He's got red tattoos like Ziro the Hutton his left side. He started out a simple merchant with a bad gambling problem, but after failing to pay a debt to a ruthless crime lord he was captured and tortured and his feet were removed. After this he needs the aid of a custom hover chair to get around and operate.
APPAREL: He mostly wears Jawa-like robes to hide his stumps and a Toydarian Royal Guard helmet worn only during surgery or combat.
WEAPONRY: He rarely uses a weapon as he's not a fighter, but he does keep an old DC-15A blaster rifle in his hover chair.

Basically, my OC, Bradley O'Brien the Goblin, if he was in Star Wars. And he's basically Watto and Sebulba but with a better career and worse luck!

SPECIES: Twin Kiffars
GENDER: Females
HEIGHT: 2.1 and 1.67 Meters
DESCRIPTION: Fraternal twins cyborg mercenaries and pirates that work closely with the above characters. One is taller than the other with both arms(she still has both her organic arms, but they've been surgically reattached to her lower ribs), the upper torso, 1 foot, and 3/4th of her face being replaced with cybernetics similar to those of Greiveous and Karbin. The other being much shorter with the entirety of her left side being completely replaced with cybernetics, but ones more like those of Vader. The tallest one has an artificial 1.2 meter long prehensile lekku-like head-tail added to her cranium.
APPAREL: Both wear customized Mandalorian armors with life support units on their chest like Vader's. The tall one's armor and cybernetics are painted orange while the short one's are all red. They both wear matching cloaks to hide their augmentations.
WEAPONRY: They both have built in weaponry like electrical weapons in their arms, shock glovescrushgauntrocket boots, and several different blasters. The tallest one's arms can split and form an extra pair for combat.

Basically, they're my twin OCs, Scorpia and Cancer the cyborgs, in Star Wars form. Not much really changes for them outside aesthetics as I kept them mostly just human-cyborgs!

SPECIES: Half-Bothan
GENDER: Male (Androgynous)
HEIGHT: 1.7 Meters
DESCRIPTION: An effeminate male half-Bothan slave that belongs to the above group. He is pale, thin, and has Zabrak slave tattoos on his face and back. He's also got many piercings allover his body.
APPAREL: He wears whether by his own choice or by those of his masters female slave apparel made from pure Bothan fur. He wears a collar and chain around his neck at all times as well.
WEAPONRY: He's not allowed to carry any weapons but he does have and will use his own natural sharp teethclawshorns, and rock hard hooves.

Basically, this is my bought adopted OC, Chesh(ire) the Incubus, in the Star Wars universe. And, the satyr-like Half-Bothans fit perfectly!
